By using and purchasing from www.peachand sorrel.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The guidelines below have been set to let you know what you can expect from us and see the terms on which you place your order. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this website.

1. Use of site
1.1 To place an order on www.peachandsorrel.com you should be over 18 years of age, have a Revolut, BoV Mobile or a PayPal account accepted by us in your name and
        you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
1.2 You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
1.3 Do not share your website password created upon registering on our site with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted
        under your name and password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify our company immediately.

2. Pricing and Delivery
2.1 We will strive to have prices and offers on the website matching the prices and offers in our store.
2.2 We deliver to all Malta and Gozo. 
     Malta: There is a €3 delivery charge on orders under €50. Free delivery for orders over €50 
     Gozo: Via MaltaPost Registered Courier. There is a shipping charge of €4.50 on orders under €100. Free delivery for orders over €100
2.3 Your order will be delivered within 3 working days.  No deliveries are made on Sundays, public and national holidays. 
2.4 Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct pricing online, including but not limited to updating pricing on a daily basis, the actual amount charged upon delivery
        might be different from the one shown online especially due to stock price fluctuations upon which we have no control. We only charge for products delivered.
2.5 All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% as per taxes applicable in Malta.

3. Payment
3.1 Payments are accepted via PayPal, Revolut or BoV Mobile.
3.2 Payment protocol:
    Via PayPal: We will debit the total amount, including delivery charge (where applicable), to your PayPal account immediately upon check-out.
    Via Revolut: After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your Booking Order. Take note of your Order ID and proceed to your Revolut App on your mobile. In
       the “Notes” section, please include your Order ID went issuing payment. Kindly send total amount to be paid to +356 99269369. Payment will be confirmed within
       24hrs of your order.
    Via BoV Mobile: After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your Booking Order. Proceed to your BoV Mobile App on your mobile. Kindly send total amount
      to be paid to +356 99269369. Payment will be confirmed within 24hrs of your order.
3.3 Goods will be delivered only following full payment of order.

4. Stock Shortages on Popular Goods
4.1 We do our best to ensure that we have availability of stock but we do occasionally run out of some goods. When you place your order, we will ask if you would like us
        to substitute an alternative similar product if your chosen goods are not in stock at the time we dispatch your order. If you do and when you receive your order, you
        are not happy with the substitution, please let us know within 24 hours so that we may handle this in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. Returns and Refund Policy
5.1 Customers can return items within three days from date of receipt. Your right to return an item does not apply to any hygienically sensitive cosmetics, nail polishes
        and treatments, skincare or makeup products unless these goods are faulty on delivery. Such items also include products which cannot be resold once unwrapped,
        unboxed or opened.
5.2 Receipt of the product/s issued by Peach & Sorrel Ltd must be produced when returning or exchanging any item. Failure to supply this receipt will forfeit right of
        claim.
5.3 You are required to take reasonable care of items that you plan to return. These items must not fall under items described in section 5.1. Please return the item in its
        original and undamaged packaging with all of its packaging and components. If an item, is returned intact in its original and undamaged packaging, we will offer you
        a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund policy. We regret that we will not refund any product which is returned in a torn/broken/soiled/damaged outer
        or inner packaging.
5.4 If you return goods in accordance to our return and refund policy or cancel your order under this and we have already debited your card, we will reimburse any sum
        received from you in respect of such goods by crediting the card you paid with.
5.5 We will replace items that have been discovered damaged on arrival with same items in good condition. Should we not have said item, we will offer an alternative
        product or otherwise a refund depending on the customer’s preference.
5.6 Delivery costs are not refundable.

6. Images
6.1 Not all monitors reflect the true shade, tonality or colour of item/s shown. We strive to produce perfect images, but these must be accepted as a guide for illustration
        purposes only. Most images fit the product description exactly, in some cases product images may vary in colour/shade and texture from the actual delivered
        product. 

7. Website maintenance
7.1 From time to time certain parts of/or the whole website may not be available due to maintenance work. We shall give as much notice as in the circumstances is
        reasonable and shall endeavour to carry out such works during the scheduled maintenance periods. Furthermore, during these maintenance periods, the site or
        parts of it may not be available to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise in advance for any such inconvenience.

8. Security Measures
8.1 Many Internet users are especially worried on the issue of security. We would like to set your minds at rest with the knowledge that our site is built with all the
        necessary security precautions.
8.2 However, the user is responsible for any telephone, ADSL, cable or other connection and Internet charges incurred while connecting to or using our website.
8.3 The user is responsible for all of user's account and confidentiality of passwords. We will suspend access or change access to user's account immediately upon
        notification by the user that the password has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
8.4 In no event shall the Administrator be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits and goodwill, business or business
        benefit arising from any Use of the Website.

9.1 All designs, text, graphics, instructions, reviews, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software is property of the company and is covered by international
        copyright laws. Permission is not granted to electronically copy or print in hard copy portions of this website except for the sole purpose of personal shopping. Any
        other use of materials on this website, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without the
        prior written permission of the company and/or its Internet suppliers is strictly prohibited.
